Our Learning and Development Unit is dedicated to the soft skills-and technical-education of our employees, in addition to providing workshops and training pertaining to the latest trends and technologies in their sectors of interest. We provide development for each employee built on continuous learning experiences coupled with a defined set of programs which are customized to your individual needs.
Malia Academy was established as a result of Malia Group’s dedication to the continuous learning and development of all employees. As an internal learning center with facilities on company premises, team members are provided with the opportunity to enrich their knowledge through job-related workshops, year-long certification programs, exchange of best-practices know-how between subsidiaries, and reading groups – cumulatively averaging 600-hours/year. Internal subject-matter experts are qualified to design and deliver effective training workshops to their colleagues.
